Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited program.
- Listed as pharmacist in charge on the state license.
- Submission of required information to PMP registry as applicable.
Responsibilities
- Ensure patient safety and high-quality pharmaceutical care.
- Oversee pharmacy operations, regulatory requirements and quality assurance.
- Manage personnel, staffing and workflow to deliver efficient service.
- Monitor inventory, profitability and loss prevention.
- Lead and develop pharmacy staff and support personnel.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient care and outcomes.
