Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of EPS pharmacy system and related processes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to store teams.
• Typing proficiency above 40 words per minute.
• Solid understanding of Pharmacy Operations.
• Active listening and effective communication with teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 business support to store teams using EPS.
• Serve as liaison to IT for Tier 2 and Tier 3 support.
• Test EPS releases and participate in development releases.
• Write and execute test plans; conduct user acceptance testing.
• Communicate program enhancements to store teams.
• Perform testing on EPS release cycles.
• Support other central areas on EPS functions.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and develop EPS testing skills.
