Position Summary

The candidate should reside in Louisville KY or Cincinnati OH.

Responsibilities: Essential Duties
  1. Maintain and grow sales of CAPS 503B products and assigned B. Braun Injectable Drugs and Duplex, by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects.
  2. Motivate and coach B. Braun sales representatives regarding the positioning of CAPS 503B and B. Braun injectable drugs and Duplex opportunities.
  3. Expand new CAPS 503B and B. Braun injectable drug and Duplex opportunities through direct involvement in presentations and consultative sales efforts with customers and sales teams.
Additional Responsibilities

Knowledge & Skills
  • Full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures.
  • Works under general supervision, relying on experience and judgment.
  • Judgment is required in resolving daily problems.
  • Contacts mainly with department staff and occasional external contacts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 0-2 years related experience.
  • Occasional travel, valid driver's license, and passport required.
Physical and Work Environment

Employees should be able to sit, talk, hear, handle objects, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds. The work environment is typically an office setting with low noise levels.

Compensation

$80,000 - $90,000 plus incentive compensation. Compensation is based on skills, experience, and organizational needs.
