Hy-Vee Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to support daily pharmacy operations and provide exceptional customer service. You will assist customers, stock supplies, handle cash, and help manage prescription processing under pharmacist supervision.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and may involve vaccination duties where legally permitted. A high school diploma and relevant vaccination certification are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly service.
• Answer phones and assist with refill orders.
• Gather patient information for prescriptions.
• Stock shelves and keep supplies organized and stocked.
• Review prescriptions not picked up and assist with delivery orders.
• Handle invoices and cash transactions accurately.
• Coordinate nursing home medications as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
