Hy-Vee is seeking a Pharmacy Clerk to support daily pharmacy operations and patient interactions in a fast-paced setting. You will assist customers, stock supplies, handle cash transactions, and help ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly while maintaining patient confidentiality.

This role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork to deliver friendly, professional service. Vaccination certification may be required where applicable, and prior experience is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vaccination certification may be required if vaccines are administered.
• Prior experience in a retail or pharmacy setting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers with a smile.
• Answer phones and assist callers, including prescription refill requests.
• Gather patient information required to prepare prescriptions.
• Stock pharmacy supplies and ensure the area is tidy and organized.
• Process cash transactions accurately and maintain records.
• Prepare paperwork for delivery orders and coordinate nursing home medications as needed.
