This is an in-person position working out of our Grapevine, TX office.

Liberty Software takes great pride in its client relations and support and is looking to expand its support team by adding a new Account Manager who strives for stellar customer service and continuous improvement in every interaction.

Account Managers become subject matter experts of Liberty's software products and must be able to cater to a broad range of pharmacy needs. They receive inbound calls, emails, chats, and escalated tickets from their accounts. Their focus is on software support while acting as the dedicated point-of-contact for their pharmacy clients. It is their responsibility to ensure tickets are addressed and updates communicated promptly and professionally. By providing superior customer service and understanding the unique needs of each account, Account Managers build and maintain strong relationships. They should be able to troubleshoot and prioritize support tickets and follow escalation procedures.

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with all members of assigned accounts, including pharmacy owners, pharmacists, technicians, and clerks.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to configure software and computer settings to meet each client’s needs.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of solutions by collaborating with internal departments.
  • Communicate clearly with clients via phone or email about status updates, tickets, and requests.
  • Assist with high severity requests or escalations as needed.
  • Become an expert on Liberty’s software suite to guide clients in best practices.
  • Provide onsite and web-based training on Liberty’s pharmacy software.
  • Provide on-call assistance when assigned.

Position Qualifications:

  • At least two years of relevant experience, such as customer service, retail pharmacy, computer technician, or call center.
  • Pharmacy Technician certification and retail pharmacy knowledge are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, computer science, or related field is a plus.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, ticketing system, and email at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage competing needs.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, documentation, and critical thinking skills.
