A leading company in the pharmaceutical solutions sector is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage and cultivate relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturing partners. The role requires building trust with high-level executives, presenting innovative ideas, and ensuring clients maximize the value of available services. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and experience in customer support, with additional preference for those familiar with the pharmaceutical industry.
The Senior Account Manager cultivates and maintains AssistRx’s relationships with our pharmaceutical manufacturing partners. In this role, you'll work with pharmaceutical executives (Associate Director and above) daily to ensure they receive maximum value from iAssist’s features and services. The Pharmaceutical Account Manager presents new ideas and innovations to clients, upselling and enhancing their products, and acts as the liaison between Pharmaceutical Brand Teams and all key AssistRx stakeholders.
