Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor for its Flushing, NY area to lead daily pharmacy operations and a clinical team. The role supports leadership in delivering safe, effective patient care and advancing innovative pharmacy practices across the system.

The supervisor will collaborate with Pharmacy Leadership, mentor staff, and oversee workflows to ensure medication safety and regulatory adherence in a hospital setting. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from ACPE-accredited college.
• Current NYS Pharmacist license and registration or eligibility to obtain licensure in NY.
• If hired without licensure, obtain unrestricted NY pharmacist license within three months.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with software applications used for word processing and data management.

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff supervision.
