Qualifications
5+ years community/retail/ambulatory pharmacy or health-system related experience.
Previous experience in a specialty pharmacy and/or processing prior authorizations is highly desirable.
Experience with 340B purchasing program.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of clinic-embedded pharmacists and technicians.
Establish and manage client-level disease state portfolios.
Train and mentor direct reports, including pharmacists and technicians.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in Epic or similar EMR platforms
Experience with retail pharmacy prescription processing
Familiar with insurance adjudication processes
Education
PharmD degree
PGY1 residency desirable
Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in NY
