Job summary

Full Circle Health is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor for our Kuna Clinic. The role supports the Pharmacy Services department, supervising Pharmacy Technicians and coordinating with prescribers, nursing, and reception teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Pharmacy degree, have Idaho licensure, and preferably 1+ year of pharmacy experience. HIV/infectious disease experience and 340B familiarity are beneficial. The position offers clinical leadership in a community health setting.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• 1+ years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.
• FQHC/340B experience is beneficial.
• Current Idaho Pharmacy license and drug screen completed prior to start date.
• Credentialing meets credentials committee requirements and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Dispensing prescriptions and ensuring accuracy.
• Communicating with prescribers about therapy and potential drug interactions.
• Ensuring patient safety and counseling patients.
• Communicating with insurance companies regarding coverage and prescriptions.
• Serving as a supervisor to Pharmacy Technician(s).
• Performing administrative tasks and coordinating with nursing/reception/provider teams.
• Educating health provider colleagues and maintaining inventory at the location.
