Job summary

Full Circle Health is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor for the Kuna Clinic in Kuna, Idaho. The role focuses on dispensing, prescriber communication, patient safety, counseling, insurance coordination, and supervising technicians.

The incumbent will also educate colleagues and manage inventory, working closely with nursing and provider teams. Qualified candidates hold a PharmD with Idaho licensure; HIV/infectious disease experience is a plus, and FQHC/340B familiarity is beneficial.

Purpose

The Pharmacy Supervisor is an important team member supporting the Pharmacy Services department, which is essential for achieving the dual mission of Full Circle Health. The Pharmacy Supervisor shall be accountable for 1) Dispensing prescriptions, 2) Communicating with prescribers 3) Ensuring Patients Safety 4) Counseling Patients 5) Communicating with insurance companies 6) Serving as a supervisor to Pharmacy Technician(s) 7) Performing administrative tasks 8) Educating health provider colleagues and 9) Responsible for drug inventory at their location. The Pharmacy Supervisor works closely with the pharmacy technician(s) as well as team members from the nursing, reception, and provider departments.

Schedule

This schedule is Monday - Friday 9am-6pm.

QualificationsEducation

Pharmacy degree from an accredited school of pharmacy

Experience:

• Spanish speaking is preferred but not required
• One or more years of pharmacy experience preferred. HIV/infectious disease experience preferred.
• FQHC/340B experience is beneficial

Licensure / Certification:

• Current state of Idaho Pharmacy license and drug screen completed prior to start date.

Credentialing

Meets established Credentials Committee requirements for RN scope of practice including fully credentialed, licensed and privileged as well as the ability to pass a background check.
