Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Five plus years of experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions; knowledge of state and local regulations.
• License must be in good standing by the State Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day guidance for a team or work group in a shift and/or in the completion of tactical processes.
• Uses a combination of advanced clinical expertise and technical experience to provide direction.
• Leads staff, conducts performance reviews and contributes to HR decisions.
• Collaborates with peers, health plan members, interdisciplinary teams and leadership to resolve complex challenges.
