Advocate Health Twin Lakes is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee the Twin Lakes Pharmacy operations. You will lead staffing, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise daily dispensing of pharmaceuticals in a 40-hour work week, with hours from 9am-6pm Mon-Fri and 9am-1pm Sat.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Licensed in the applicable state or eligible for reciprocity.
• 2 years of work related experience in pharmacy recommended.

Responsibilities

• Decide on employment actions for pharmacy staff in collaboration with Pharmacy Leadership.
• Evaluate teammate performance annually and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee staffing and scheduling for safe patient care.
• Coordinate interdepartmental services and participate in committees.
• Ensure safe and effective use of medications per policies.
