Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a leader to direct the program and performance management of its medical drug portfolio, providing oversight, standard evaluation templates, and guidance to performance managers while shaping the overall strategy with the medical drug leadership team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment.
1 year management experience.
Strategy development/planning/implementation: knowledge of corporate strategy and/or transformation core skill sets; experience formulating, planning, and/or implementing strategy and transformative efforts.

Responsibilities

Lead a team owning program and performance management of the medical drug portfolio.
Institute standard performance evaluation templates and processes; provide feedback and guidance to performance managers.
Participate in medical drug management strategy with the medical drug leadership team; liaison to network for medical drug components of provider contracts; partner with national accounts and sales to build the value story.
