Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a leader to direct the program and performance management of its medical drug portfolio, providing oversight, standard evaluation templates, and guidance to performance managers while shaping the overall strategy with the medical drug leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment.
• 1 year management experience.
• Strategy development/planning/implementation: knowledge of corporate strategy and/or transformation core skill sets; experience formulating, planning, and/or implementing strategy and transformative efforts.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for leading team that owns program and performance management of the medical drug portfolio. Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’sdegree and5yearsexperiencein health care, health insurance, or strategic consulting environment

• 1year management experience

• Strategy Development/Planning/Implementation: Knowledge of corporatestrategyand/or transformation core skill sets; experienceformulating, planning, and/or implementing strategy and transformative efforts.

• Analysis/Synthesis/Insight Generation:Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights and implications, inform decision making, and make recommendations/prioritize new opportunities to pursue.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Advanceddegreesuch as MBA, MHA,PharmD, MSN

• Experience Monitoring KPIs, program operational metrics, financial performance, analyze initiative/program clinical, operational and financial data to identify trends and gaps, conduct root cause analysis for underperforming measures, identification of potential program improvements, synthesizing all information and creating reports and visuals for leadership and providing regular updates to leadership, make recommendations and plan of action for improvement activities or sunset, etc.

• Experience with corporate strategy, growth strategy, product strategy, or business case development

• Experiencein development and implementation ofvalue creation/cost of care/affordability initiatives

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$102,000.00 - $184,300.00
