Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant experience.
• 5–7 years in Managed Care or Health Insurance Industry.
• 1–3 years Pharmacy Operation experience.
• 7–10 years in Managed Care or Health Insurance Industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity analyses and develop the strategic plan for pharmacy.
• Interface with stakeholders to advance strategic initiatives for pharmacy services.
• Conduct outcomes analyses to measure performance vs goals.
• Provide project updates to Pharmacy management.
• Mentor less experienced Pharmacy team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
