Job summary

AMPS Company is seeking a Pharmacy Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for an assigned pharmacy-only book of business, brokers, and TPAs. You will build strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction, revenue, membership, and earnings while acting as a pharmacy SME for client services.

Responsibilities include HIPAA compliance, cross-functional collaboration, Open Enrollment meetings, health fairs, and travel up to 50% to visit on-site clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5–7+ years pharmacy service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for an assigned pharmacy-only book of business.
• Develop strong external and internal relationships to drive revenue, membership, and earnings.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines for members and clients.
• Act as AMPS/Drexi account manager for the assigned book of business.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve service efficiencies and performance guarantees.
• Support marketing, product and sales initiatives for clients.
• Conduct Open Enrollment meetings, Health Fairs and client meetings.
• Travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.
