Job summary

Advanced Medical Pricing Solutions in Phoenix is seeking a Pharmacy Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for an assigned pharmacy-only book of business, their brokers, benefit consultants and TPAs.

You will develop strong external and internal relationships to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, membership, and earnings objectives for existing customers in the book. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field.
• 5–7+ years pharmacy service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for a pharmacy-only book of business.
• Develop external and internal relationships to ensure retention.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect member confidentiality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve service efficiencies.
• Conduct Open Enrollment meetings and client engagements.
• Travel to on-site client visits as needed (50%).
