Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Requires current pharmacy licensure in the state of practice within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine operations of Pharmacy Services and staff development.
• Manage budget and cost-effective medication utilization.
• Set goals and programs aligned with strategic plan; ensure compliance.
• Define medication distribution processes and drive improvements.
• Lead pharmacy staff and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure compliance with laws and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide professional leadership on hospital and medical staff committees.
• Coordinate medication use across procurement, prescribing, dispensing, and monitoring.
