Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, Arizona is seeking a dynamic Nursing Associate Director for Labor and Delivery. This full-time night leadership role provides operational and clinical oversight of nursing services in a high-volume maternity unit, ensuring safe, patient-centered care.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive performance improvements, and foster a compassionate work environment while balancing staffing, regulatory compliance, and budget considerations to deliver
Qualifications
- BSN or MSN required for leadership role.
- Current RN license in state of practice with BLS.
- Two years of clinical management experience in labor/delivery or related area.
Responsabilités
- Lead and manage nursing staff in Labor & Delivery to ensure safe, high-quality care.
- Oversee staffing, budget, and resource allocation for the unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders to drive performance improvements.
