MU Health Care is seeking a Pharmacy Services Coordinator to expand and integrate pharmacy services across our health system. You will partner with pharmacy leaders, providers, and operations to increase prescription capture, enhance patient and provider experience, and lead outreach and education initiatives.

The role focuses on performance analytics, outreach campaigns, and workforce development for pharmacists and technicians, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and system-wide growth.

Formación

• Pharmacy Technician licensure by Missouri Board of Pharmacy.
• CPhT certification by PTCB or ExCPT by NHA within 1 year as a condition of employment.
• Two (2) years of pharmacy experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with pharmacy operations leaders to identify workflow, access, and service barriers that impact prescription capture, patient access, and provider engagement.
• Implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Establishes relationships with physician leaders and clinic staff to increase awareness and access to pharmacy services.
• Coordinates outreach activities with ambulatory clinics, inpatient units, and service lines to promote pharmacy services.
• Analyzes utilization metrics and identifies barriers to prescription capture.
• Develops and implements strategies to increase system-wide participation and prescribing workflows.
