Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy; 5 years of pharmacy experience, 3 in supervisory capacity required.
• PharmD/MBA/MHA/MPA preferred.
• RPH - Registered Pharmacist - current, unencumbered AL license upon hire.
• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full regulatory compliance of department.
• Maintain accountability for controlled substances.
• Assure full compliance with accreditation standards.
• Design, implement, and sustain pharmacy services to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the system to improve care and efficiency.
• Recruit, retain, mentor, develop, and discipline staff as appropriate.
