Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy; 5 years of pharmacy experience, 3 in supervisory capacity required.
• PharmD/MBA/MHA/MPA preferred.
• RPH - Registered Pharmacist - current, unencumbered AL license upon hire required.
• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.
