Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging the member's needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and promoting products and services.
• Operates cash registers and related equipment; processes member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges per payment types.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services, processes prescription and OTC orders, stocks and secures Pharmacy supplies, and maintains required paperwork and logs.
