Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to support daily pharmacy operations, assist customers, stock supplies, and manage cash transactions. You will help prepare prescriptions, process deliveries and mail-outs, and provide a friendly, accurate service experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with 6 months to 1 year of related experience preferred. Vaccination certification may be required where applicable, and confidentiality of patient information must be

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and greet customers.
• Answer phones and take refill orders; assist with prescriptions as needed.
• Stock and organize pharmacy supplies; process invoices and cash transactions.
• Prepare paperwork and medicines for delivery or mail-outs; coordinate nursing home orders.
• Assist in other store areas as needed and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
