Job summary

SpecialtyRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our Orlando team. You will enter new orders for pharmacist review, keep customer information current, and generate labels for dispensing in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include answering phones, clarifying orders, and triaging faxes while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Florida licensure and prior pharmacy experience are required to perform this role successfully.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with FL Board of Pharmacy.
• Previous experience in pharmacy is required.
• Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
• Must be multi-tasking and reliable.
• Knowledge of SIG-Codes.
• Quick typing skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of LTC Frameworks (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information.
• Generate labels for dispensing.
• Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
• Clarify orders as needed.
• Triage incoming faxes.
