Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Manager, Pharmacy Reimbursement to lead reimbursement and analytics for a $300M+ pharmacy enterprise. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Finance, you will optimize revenue, manage rebates and MFP, and drive AR performance with cross-functional collaboration.

Your team will deliver executive reports, dashboards, and forecasts while advancing cash flow and revenue integrity across the enterprise.

Competenze

Education in finance, accounting, healthcare admin, or related field.
Minimum seven years in pharmacy/healthcare finance or related fields.
Minimum three years of leadership experience.
Experience developing financial analyses and executive-level reporting.

Mansioni

Lead pharmacy revenue cycle operations including billing, capture, reimbursement, denials, and AR performance.
Develop strategies to optimize revenue, collections, and cash flow.
Oversee rebate programs and MFP processes to maximize reimbursement.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives.
Monitor revenue integrity and KPI trends; provide actionable insights.
Develop executive-level financial reports, dashboards, forecasts, and analyses.
Recruit and lead revenue cycle staff; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
