Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Tech to support pharmacy and retail operations in Alabama. This full-time role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and collaboration with pharmacists to dispense medications and assist in daily store operations.

8-hour shifts are typical. The position reports to regional pharmacy leadership and involves coordinating with store teams to ensure quality patient experiences, proper medication labeling, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure pharmacy health programs and corporate drives implemented via store visits and Region Supervisor training.
• Oversee regional performance with metrics and reports; act on feedback to target stores.
• Manage clinical communications from stores; resolve clinical complaints and escalate quality issues.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Chiefs on clinical issues.
• Develop partnerships with local hospitals as directed by leadership.
• Attend events to strengthen neighborhood health relationships.
• Review regional healthcare KPIs with Chief Retail to shape action plans.
• Contribute to recruitment, development plans for pharmacy leaders.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and fair treatment of colleagues.
• Hold monthly touchpoints with Locale Directors on performance reports.
• Coordinate pharmacist scheduling, budgeting and cost management.
