Participants work toward licensure and contribute to health and wellness through optimized drug therapy, with emphasis on service, compliance, and professional growth in a community pharmacy environment.

Qualificações

• Graduate or will graduate from an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy by July 1, 2026.
• Able to obtain pharmacist licensure in the residency state by the deadline.
• Willing to adhere to the ASHP Residency Matching Program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care in the community pharmacy setting.
• Manage patient interactions, counseling, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist coordination of in-store pharmacist activities and managed patient care clinics.
• Support adherence to pharmacy laws, ethics statements, and company policies.
• Assist in department workflow, supervision, and staff training.
• Promote teamwork and professional development within the pharmacy team.
