• Ability to obtain a pharmacist license within the resident's state within 90 days of program start.
• Participation in ASHP Residency Matching Program rules.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing direct patient care in the community pharmacy practice environment.
• Assists, with the coordination of an in-store pharmacist, managed patient care clinic that promotes health and wellness through appropriate drug therapy use.
• Maintains responsibility for pharmacy department operations in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager and Store Manager.
• Designs, executes, and presents an investigational project issue related to community pharmacy practice.
• Assists with staff development, supervision, and workflow management.
