Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support the Compliance Officer across pharmacy operations from our Davie/Miami locations. You will manage project trackers, coordinate tasks, and assist with regulatory investigations, SOPs, and audit prep.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in compliance support within a regulated industry, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Atlassian tools. Salary range is $60,000–$66,000 USD, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in compliance support or regulatory coordination or inspections.
• Experience in a regulated industry or pharmacy operations is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication and attention to detail.
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel.
• Ability to research regulatory requirements and prepare clear summaries.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance projects and maintain deadline trackers.
• Support regulatory investigations with evidence collection and timelines.
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and reports for review.
• Assist in audits and inspection readiness activities.
• Collaborate across Pharmacy, Quality, IT, HR, and Operations.
