Job summary

ProCare-Rx is seeking a Pharmacy Network professional in Gainesville, GA, to support day-to-day pharmacy inquiries and manage contract processes. The role includes educating pharmacies on contracts, recruiting new pharmacies to meet network adequacy, and updating multiple systems with contract and demographic data.

A strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills is essential. Associate’s degree with health care contract experience is preferred; PBM exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for pharmacy questions via phone and/or
• Manage contract lifecycle from initial draft to final
• Provide written and/or verbal contractual education for pharmacies
• Target and recruit additional pharmacies to meet Plan network adequacy requirements
• Update multiple systems with contract data and demographic information
• Submit pricing changes to the Quality Assurance
• Coordinate and follow up on pharmacy network communications
• Prepare documentation for audits, as requested
