Guardian Pharmacy of Omaha is seeking a detail‑oriented Purchasing/Inventory Specialist to maintain optimal stock levels and maximize margins. You will review dashboards, place daily orders, and coordinate vendor activities to ensure timely availability of meds and supplies.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of related experience, advanced SureCost/Frameworks/QS1 skills, and strong Excel abilities, with a focus on accuracy and timely decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience; advanced proficiency in pharmacy operations systems (SureCost/Frameworks/QS1).
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage purchasing and inventory levels to meet operational needs and margins.
• Review dashboards, run reports, and optimize purchasing to reduce costs.
• Coordinate with vendors on returns, recalls, and price changes.
• Maintain accurate drug files, update NDCs, and ensure formulary accuracy.
• Attend monthly calls and stay informed on purchasing updates and issues.
