Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree or B.S. in Pharmacy from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Five years of experience as a pharmacist.
• Three years of management or supervisory experience.
• Residency training and/or board certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage pharmacy services in assigned area or location.
• Ensure high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient services.
• Ensure compliance with TJC, OSHA, CMS, Texas Board of Pharmacy, USP, and DEA.
• Serve as liaison to patients, physicians, and health care professionals; maintain exceptional customer service.
