Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy execution, operations, or program management in healthcare or pharmacy.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, planning, cadence, and performance tracking.
• Proven ability to prepare leadership materials, summaries, and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leaders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise Pharmacy priorities into quarterly execution plans with defined milestones and owners.
• Coordinate leadership operating cadence: weekly reviews, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning.
• Manage execution plans with timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness needs.
• Drive standardized reporting, dashboards, and governance to improve transparency and accountability.
• Support leadership decision-making with executive-ready deliverables and concise summaries.
