Job summary

WTW is seeking a Pricing Senior Analyst to join the FAA team, working on pharmacy pricing within Health and Benefits. You will influence financial models, analyze data, and present results to clients while collaborating with senior consultants.

You will engage in projects that design and finance pharmacy benefit programs, grow your analytics acumen, and contribute to client deliverables. Flexible hybrid work and advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, public health, health management or any other major with significant quantitative course work.
• Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client service skills (analyst type of internship preferred).
• Strong financial skills: prior experience in pharmacy pricing, underwriting or valuation work preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Well organized and detail oriented.
• Flexibility and proven ability to identify and resolve issues.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely manner.
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical, creative and integrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants and team members to perform financial analyses including cost savings and data analysis projections, review and update of pricing and other analytical models
• Develop client analyses and other related documents for WTW clients and prospects including presentations and review of pharmacy contracts
• Analyze, compare and negotiate vendor products, services, contracts and pricing guarantees
• Design, distribute and evaluate responses to RFPs
• Serve as project manager; contribute to project plan creation and assist the team on delivery; ensure progress against established objectives, timelines, deliverables and quality standards
• Support the pharmacy practice on intellectual capital initiatives such as development of new financial models or tools as applicable
• Assist with the preparation of client deliverables
