Job summary

WTW is seeking a Pricing Senior Analyst (Pharmacy) to join the FAA team within Health and Benefits. You will contribute to complex projects around design, financing, and management of pharmacy benefit programs, growing your pricing and client management skills while collaborating with industry leaders.

You will work on financial analyses, vendor comparisons, and RFP responses, with exposure to real client assignments. A strong quantitative background and Excel/PowerPoint proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with significant coursework
• Experience in analytics or client services in a consulting environment preferred
• Strong financial acumen and pharmacy pricing knowledge is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint essential
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work independently or on a team

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants to perform financial analyses including cost savings and data projections
• Develop client analyses and documents for WTW clients and prospects including pricing contracts
• Analyze, compare and negotiate vendor products, services and pricing guarantees
• Design, distribute and evaluate responses to RFPs
• Serve as project manager, aid in delivery and ensure quality against timelines
