Job summary

WTW in the United States is seeking a Pricing Senior Analyst focused on pharmacy pricing within the FAA team. You will contribute to design, financing and management of pharmacy benefit programs while growing your financial acumen.

You will partner with consultants to perform analyses, develop client materials, evaluate vendor pricing and support RFP processes. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with opportunities to lead projects and advance within a leading health and benefits practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with significant quantitative coursework.
• Experience in pharmacy pricing, underwriting or valuation preferred.
• Strong financial skills and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants and team members to perform financial analyses including cost savings and data analysis projections, review and update of pricing and other analytical models
• Develop client analyses and other related documents for WTW clients and prospects including presentations and review of pharmacy contracts
• Analyze, compare and negotiate vendor products, services, contracts and pricing guarantees
• Design, distribute and evaluate responses to RFPs
• Serve as project manager; contribute to project plan creation and assist the team on delivery; ensure progress against established objectives, timelines, deliverables and quality standards
• Support the pharmacy practice on intellectual capital initiatives such as development of new financial models or tools as applicable
• Assist with the preparation of client deliverables
