Job summary

WTW is seeking a Pricing Senior Analyst within the FAA team to contribute to design, financing and ongoing management of pharmacy benefit programs. You will collaborate with consultants, analyze data, and develop client deliverables in a hybrid work environment in the United States.

The role emphasizes strong analytical and financial skills, with opportunities to grow in leadership and client management by working on cutting-edge health and benefits projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with quantitative coursework.
Work experience in analytics or analyst role.
Strong financial skills; pharmacy pricing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with consultants to perform financial analyses including cost savings and data analysis projections.
Develop client analyses and documents for WTW clients and prospects including presentations and review of pharmacy contracts.
Analyze, compare and negotiate vendor products, services, contracts and pricing guarantees.
Design, distribute and evaluate responses to RFPs.
Serve as project manager; contribute to project plan creation and deliverables; ensure progress against objectives and timelines.
Support the pharmacy practice on intellectual capital initiatives such as new financial models or tools.
