Job summary

Swisslog Healthcare offers a one-year Postdoctoral Pharmacy Fellowship designed for PharmD graduates to bridge pharmacy practice with healthcare technology and medication safety. The program includes rotations, strategic projects, and mentorship, with collaboration across marketing, product management, sales, and business development.

Fellows work with pharmacy leaders to influence innovations and shape medication-use systems, based at our Westminster, Colorado HQ.

Qualifications

• Must have Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Eligible to be employed in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Engage in rotations, strategic projects, mentorship, and external engagement opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, sales and business development.
• Contribute to Pharmacy Affairs, Thought Leadership, and Education content.
• Provide clinical input into innovation programs and product development.
• Engage with global teams across pharmacy, technology and operations.
