Fellowship Job Overview:

The RISRx Fellowship is a one-year, immersive program designed for PharmD graduates seeking accelerated career development in managed care, industry, and patient-focused services. Fellows gain hands on experience across multiple domains, including managed care operations, pharmaceutical hub services, reimbursement strategy, business development, and leadership. Fellows work directly with major pharmaceutical manufacturers, network pharmacies, and healthcare providers, guided by mentorship from seasoned industry leaders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support managed care operations and pharmaceutical services
• Assist in pharmacy services and reimbursement strategy execution for partner manufacturers and pharmacies
• Participate in business development projects, including market research, data analysis, and client engagement
