Responsibilities include verifying medication orders, dispensing medications in inpatient settings, and collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams across assignments nationwide. Travel-friendly license and eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Pharmacist in the state of employment required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program required.
• Experience verifying medication orders and preparing and dispensing medications in an inpatient setting required.
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Pharmacist in the state of employment required
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program required
• Experience verifying medication orders and preparing and dispensing medications in an inpatient setting required
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license required
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations:

• Current, valid, and active state license to practice as a Pharmacist required
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients
• Additional certifications may be required by Vibra Travels and/or client

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Experience collaborating with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Strong knowledge of inpatient medication safety, dosing, and clinical protocols
• Familiarity with computerized physician order entry (CPOE) systems and pharmacy information systems
• Ability to perform medication reconciliation and participate in clinical consults as required
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Free from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplace
