Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of pharmacy experience.
• Leadership experience and regulatory oversight preferred.
• Pharmacy technician credentials and board registration required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises daily activities of pharmacy patient advocate specialists, including HR responsibilities.
• Collaborates with pharmacy and clinic staff to support prior authorizations and manufacturer assistance programs.
• Trains and mentors staff to ensure professional development and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintains accurate records of referrals, prior authorizations, manufacturer assistance and renewals.
• Performs other duties as reasonably required or assigned.
