Requisition Job Description

With hourly pay rates up to $22/hour with a .75 shift differential and a schedule that allows for minimal weekend shifts, working at a CVS Distribution Center offers maximum work/life balance and potential for advancement.

Part-Time and Full-Time hours available. Starting Rate $17/hr with a .75 Differential for 2nd shift.

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: M-F 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Read store orders from a tablet or RF unit, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities needed.
• Select the needed merchandise and place into a tote or box.
• Move totes or boxes (up to 30-50 pounds) using safe lifting techniques.
• Maintain high accuracy in merchandise selection.
• Work efficiently on pick lines with a team of 10 or more employees.
• Meet or exceed 100% performance standards.
• Keep work zones clean at shift end.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties as needed.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and DEA regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Certification on all necessary equipment.
• Ability to work overtime.

Preferred qualifications include previous warehouse experience and a High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Additional Information:

Anticipated weekly hours: 40. Time Type: Full time. Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.56, depending on experience and other factors.
