Requisition Job Description

With hourly pay rates up to $22/hour with a .75 shift differential and a schedule that allows for minimal weekend shifts, working at a CVS Distribution Center offers maximum work/life balance and potential for advancement.

Part-Time and Full-Time hours available

Starting Rate: $17/hr - .75 Differential for 2nd shift

1st Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm

2nd Shift: M-F 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Read store orders from a tablet or RF unit, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities needed.
• Select the needed merchandise and place it into a tote or box.
• Move totes or boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds) using safe lifting techniques.
• Maintain high accuracy in merchandise selection.
• Work efficiently on pick lines with 10 or more employees.
• Achieve and maintain 100% or greater performance standards.
• Keep work zones clean at the end of each shift.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties as needed.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and DEA regulations.

Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old, able to read, write, and count accurately, possessing good communication skills, and being certified on necessary equipment. Ability to work overtime and previous warehouse experience are preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.56 per hour

This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or full-time salary, with actual offers depending on experience, education, location, and other factors.
