With hourly pay rates up to $22/hour with a .75 shift differential and a schedule that allows for minimal weekend shifts, working at a CVS Distribution Center offers maximum work/life balance and potential for advancement.

Part-Time and Full-Time hours available.

Starting Rate: $17/hr with a .75 differential for 2nd shift.

Shift hours:

• 1st Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: M-F 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Role and Responsibilities

As an RX order selector, you will pick pharmacy merchandise into a tote or box for stores. Your responsibilities include maintaining high accuracy and performance to meet store order needs while following safe work practices. You may work in other warehouse areas as needed.

• Read store orders from a tablet or RF unit, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
• Select merchandise and place into totes or boxes.
• Move totes or boxes (up to 30-50 pounds) using safe lifting techniques.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in picking.
• Work effectively with a team of 10 or more employees.
• Meet or exceed performance standards.
• Keep work zones clean at shift end.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties as needed.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and DEA regulations.

Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old, able to read, write, and count accurately, and possessing good communication skills. Certification on necessary equipment and ability to work overtime are required. Warehouse experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.56 per hour, depending on experience and location.
