Job summary

UnitedHealth Group’s Optum unit is seeking a pharmacy fulfillment associate to pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders onsite at our Pine Brook, New Jersey location. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM EST, with possible overtime or weekend work based on business needs.

You will adhere to HIPAA regulations and ensure the integrity of the medication and related materials. Compensation includes a competitive base pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
Able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
On-site work at Pine Brook, NJ.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and process outgoing pharmacy orders per procedures.
Adhere to packaging policies and ensure product integrity.
Perform warehouse tasks (emptying trash, boxes, cleaning areas).
Assist with inventory and restocking of medications and supplies.
Help with administrative tasks for Pharmacy, such as scanning documents.
Create or fix shipping labels and hand packages to shipping.
