Job summary

You will train new techs, mentor pharmacy associates, and help develop and follow SOPs, while communicating shift needs to management.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma or GED, must be 18+, and the ability to protect confidential information.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure department standards are met.
• Train and mentor new technician hires on day-to-day tasks.
• Support installation, maintenance, and compliance with SOPs by associates.
• Complete technician tasks on the production floor as needed.
• Guide associates to ensure established procedures and policies are followed.
• Act as SME to identify opportunities and coach accordingly.
• Collaborate with shift supervisors to determine daily tasks.
