Ro in Romeoville, IL seeks an Operations Trainer to develop, coordinate, and deliver standardized, role-based training for Pharmacy Operations. You will onboard new employees, support SOP changes, and measure training effectiveness across locations, with periodic travel to other facilities.

The role partners with SMEs across multiple functions to ensure compliant, scalable training programs and a high-performing workforce. Onsite availability is required at our Romeoville facility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in pharmacy operations or another regulated environment.
• Experience developing and delivering operational training programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build training materials, facilitate learning, and manage employee competency programs.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding and role-based training programs across all Pharmacy Operations functions.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver instructor-led, hands-on, virtual, and LMS-based training programs.
• Partner with cross-functional SMEs to develop standardized training materials aligned with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate training for new products, equipment, process improvements, and SOP updates.
• Establish and maintain learning paths, competency assessments, training matrices, and records.
• Monitor training completion, competency, compliance, and training effectiveness using metrics.
• Identify retraining opportunities through quality events, audits, and leadership feedback.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Quality, Compliance, Supply Chain, and others to ensure consistent training.
