Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for pharmacy call center and data entry.
• Oversee fulfilment team to ensure Rx’s are filled, packaged, and shipped on time.
• Manage software/databases used by technicians (Epic, Compass Rose, Mutare, Avaya, Triose).
• Lead onboarding, training, and annual verification of new staff.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and customer service initiatives.
